Sit comfortably on the floor or in a chair.

Breath in through your nose, breath out through your nose.

Take long, deep, breaths.

As you breath in, repeat to yourself "be light".

As you breath out, repeat to yourself "give light".

Envision this light before you. Take every ounce in on each inhale, share it with others as you exhale. Perhaps envision someone you know who needs this extra gift of love. Send this energy their way.

Continue this cycle of breath. Allow the light to melt any worries or stress away for the next 5 minutes. Keep going for as long as your soul needs, be gentle with yourself, and feel that light shine from within.
