Let's get real here, love. Some days, even some weeks, we are particularly hard and unkind to ourselves. We let our outside stress and environment knock us off our high vibes and we let ego take over. We may beat ourselves up and we may even let that energy seep out onto those around us, specifically our loved ones. 


If you're having one of those days, one of those weeks, or just a brief moment, here is my favorite 1-minute meditation you can do anywhere at anytime to reset. It's one of the simplest meditations I've found to date, courtesy of our soul sister, Gabby Bernstein. Commit to this one-minute practice each day to calm your energy and bring yourself back to center!
 

Simply breathe in for 5 seconds.

Release for 5 seconds.

Hold for 5 seconds.

And release again for 5 seconds.


Repeat this simple breathing exercise for the next minute. If you're in a comfortable space, close your eyes, and lay down if you need to. If you're in rush hour traffic and are hustling to get from one place to the next, simply breathe... Eyes open of course! The power of our breath is so damn magical and takes so little effort to bring us back to a place of love and healing vibes.
