Very recently, a beautiful soul told me "We all need to move at our own flow, there is no right speed. Right now, you are exactly where you need to be". And just like that, everything shifted.

Often times, I think many of us have this idea of what our lives would look like at certain ages. At least I know this to be very true for myself. We've got everything from our house, to our spouse, to our job title and salary all laid out in front of us by said age. And then life happens. We take turns and detours on routes we never mapped out and suddenly we're not where we "should" be. And when we really want to dig the knife deeper, we start comparing ourselves to everyone around us. We match their successes against our own failures and the cycle starts all over again. But what if we stopped ourselves for a second to reframe our thinking to "this is exactly where I need to be."? It sounds so much easier than it actually is, I know, but hear me out.

What if we instead asked ourselves "what can I learn from this situation?" or "how can I serve?". Instead of feeling stuck, think about what we can take away from this and how we can share it with others. These are the exact moments in life where true growth takes form and we all know how uncomfortable growth can be. But letting go of the notions and ideas of where we're supposed to be and just letting life take its course is when all the miracles happen. It's where we prove to ourselves that we're so much stronger than we thought, it's where we fall in love, raise a family, and find our true purpose. It's so much more than just a difficult week, month, or year. It's life's way of showing you that you're capable of so much more.

When you're feeling stuck, breathe, and remember that this is exactly where you need to be. As our girl Gabby Bernstein always says, the Universe has got your back.
